1 Med. White Onion (chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves

Brown above three items and drain grease. Add next two items to drained meat:

1 can chopped chilies
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning

While the meat is browning -
In a large soup pot, mix together the following canned items:
DON'T DRAIN THE JUICE FROM THE BEANS
Great Northern Beans
Pinto Beans
Navy Beans
Red Beans
Small white beans
Kidney Beans
Black-Eyed peas
Black Beans
Black Beans
Canned Corn
Yellow Hominy
1Quart chopped tomatoes

Stir in seasoned meat and let simmer for about one hour. For more color and crunch  to the soup dice up a RED Bell Pepper.
